Project Management for Business Central – Suite
The standard jobs functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central helps you to manage projects and contracts for your organization. This functionality enables users to define project structures, plan and manage tasks in projects and manage project budgets vs. actuals. This functionality works well for many companies but is not always sufficient for project-centric businesses to run their business well.
The Prodware Project Management for Business Central is made up of different apps that take the standard jobs functionality a few steps further and increases the efficiency & flexibility of managing projects and providing better insights. This results in time savings and error reduction and enhances the ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
The Prodware Project Management Suite contains the following Prodware apps for the job administration in Business Central:
- Project Template app allows easy creation of different projects using structured and predefined templates.
- Attributes app provides the ability to capture unlimited attributes to be used in searching, analyzing and reporting.
- Sell-to Customer app differentiates between a Bill-to Customer and a Sell-to Customer.
- Invoice Template app enables the definition and application of predefined billing schedules for a project.
- Combined Invoice app organizes the billable planning lines to be invoiced and combines related invoices into one document.
- Financial Allocation app provides classifications to specify and budget for global and project specific work and additional project costs.
- Departments app gives the ability to authorize the projects according to the different departments of the organization.
- Date Filter app enables the possibility to only show the detailed data of a selected period.
- Fixed Assets app creates a complete overview of the fixed assets as an investment with the costs, depreciations, activities and planning of maintenance.
